Our Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of paid senior caregiving experience or experience in care of adult family member, be in possession of either a CNA, HHA, or LVN certification
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new professional and non-professional staff
- Comply and maintain official personnel records according to the agency policies and according to the state and federal employment regulation
- Manage client care and supervisory visits in client homes
- Schedule and staff to care for clients
- Assist with client satisfaction surveys
- Prepare new hire packets, new client home care record books, and client intake packets
- Maintain office environment- clean, neat, and organized
